Follow these instructions to unlock your access to the world's leading medical study and reference platform.
1. Register an AMBOSS account or log in to your existing account via your university network, e.g., by using a local university computer or accessing the network remotely (VPN). Do not use the "Log in through your institution" option.
(Please contact university’s IT department or Helpdesk if you require support setting up VPN).
2. Once you have logged in to your account, click on the "Account & settings" icon in your dashboard and navigate to the "Activate Institutional License"-option.
3. Click on "Add new license", and select your license:
If you are a student, select Student Access - Palacky University Olomouc from the dropdown and click on "Next".
You will be prompted to provide a university email address. Enter your university email address (not PortalID) with the following format: @upol.cz. Click on "Activate License".
If you are a faculty member (librarians, faculty staff, professors), select Faculty Staff Access - Palacky University Olomouc from the dropdown and click on "Next".
You will be prompted to provide a university email address. Enter your university email address with the following format: @upol.cz. Click on "Activate License".
4. You will receive an email with the confirmation link. Simply click on it, while connected to the university network, and you're all set.

Pro aktivaci své licence AMBOSS postupujte podle tohoto návodu.
1. Zaregistrujte si účet AMBOSS nebo se přihlaste do svého stávajícího účtu prostřednictvím univerzitní sítě, např. z počítače na univerzitě nebo vzdáleným přístupem k síti (VPN). Nepoužívejte možnost "Log in through your institution".
(Pro pomoc s nastavením VPN, kontaktujte IT oddělení univerzity nebo Helpdesk.)
2. Jakmile jste přihlášeni svým účtem, klikněte na ikonu "Account & settings" na hlavním panelu a vyberte možnost "Activate Institutional License".
3. Klikněte na "Add new license" a vyberte typ licence:
Studenti: Vyberte z nabídky Student Access – Palacký University Olomouc a klikněte na "Next".
Budete vyzváni k zadání univerzitní e-mailové adresy, zadejte adresu (nikoli PortalID) ve formátu: @upol.cz. Klikněte na "Activate License".
Akademičtí pracovníci (vyučující, zaměstnanci): Vyberte z nabídky Faculty Staff Access – Palacký University Olomouc a klikněte na "Next".
Budete vyzváni k zadání univerzitní e-mailové adresy, zadejte adresu ve formátu: @upol.cz. Klikněte na "Activate License".
4. Následně obdržíte e-mail s potvrzovacím odkazem, potvrďte jej, když jste připojení k univerzitní síti.
